About the service

Olivka is a product of Deveji sp. z o.o. (KRS 0001054053, NIP 9522245188), a nutrition assistant you use in chat (Messenger, WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram) and through the website and dashboard at olivka.app. It helps you recognise meals, count calories and macros, and keep a nutrition diary.

Who can use it

Olivka is available to people aged 16 and over. By using the assistant, you confirm that you meet this requirement and accept these terms.

Account and access

You create an account with Google sign-in, or start with a temporary (guest) account in chat. You are responsible for keeping your account, and the messaging account you use, secure. Trial limits, such as a number of meals, may apply and may change.

Plans, payment and refunds

Olivka is free to start: you can log your first meals with no card and no account. Beyond that, Olivka is a paid subscription. You see the plan, its price and its billing period at the end of onboarding, before you confirm anything — no charge is ever taken before you have seen the price.

A subscription renews automatically for another period of the same length until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, with no minimum term and no cancellation fee. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. For cancellations and billing questions, email support@olivka.app.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee: if you ask within 30 days of your first payment, we refund that payment in full. The guarantee is available once per customer and you do not need to give a reason — just email support@olivka.app. It is offered in addition to your statutory consumer rights and does not limit them in any way.

Payments are handled by Stripe, our payment provider. Your card details go directly to Stripe; we never receive or store them.

Acceptable use

Use Olivka for your own, non-commercial purposes. Do not send unlawful content, and do not misuse, circumvent, overload or reverse-engineer the service.

Your content

The content you send to Olivka (descriptions, photos, recordings) stays yours. You grant us the right to process it as needed to provide the service, on the terms set out in the Privacy Policy.

Not medical advice

Olivka supports healthy habits and balance, and its figures are indicative. It is not medical or dietary advice, a diagnosis or a medical device, and does not replace consulting a doctor or dietitian. If you have medical conditions or take medication (including GLP-1), discuss health decisions with a professional.

Accuracy of estimates

Olivka estimates calories and macros using AI models and public nutrition databases. These are best-effort approximations that can be wrong. Treat them as guidance, not a precise measurement.

Third-party platforms

When you use Olivka through Messenger, WhatsApp, Instagram or Telegram, you are also subject to those platforms' terms. We are not responsible for their operation or availability.

Intellectual property

The “Olivka” brand, content, artwork and code belong to Deveji sp. z o.o. Please do not use them without our permission.

Liability

We provide Olivka and the site “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the assistant or the site.

Ending and deleting your account

You can stop using Olivka at any time. To cancel a subscription, email support@olivka.app — the terms are set out under “Plans, payment and refunds.” To delete your account and data, email social@olivka.app (see the Privacy Policy); deletion is free and available whether or not you subscribe. We may suspend or close access in the event of abuse or breach of these terms.
