Olivka Referral Programme Terms
In effect from: 16 October 2026
These terms cover Olivka's referral programme: you share Olivka with friends through your personal link, your friends get a discount on their first paid month, and you get a free month for every five friends who stay. By taking part, you accept these terms together with Olivka's general Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
Organiser
The organiser of the programme is Deveji sp. z o.o., a company registered in Poland under KRS 0001054053, NIP 9522245188, the maker of Olivka. For questions about the programme, email support@olivka.app.
Who can refer
Anyone with an Olivka account can refer, for private, non-business use. The programme runs wherever Olivka offers a paid subscription.
Your link
Every account has one personal referral link (olivka.app/r/…), shown on the Profile page of your dashboard or sent in chat when you type /refer. Share it with people you know. Don't send unsolicited messages, don't present yourself as Olivka, and don't buy ads on Olivka's name to promote your link.
What your friend gets
A person who creates a new account through your link gets 20% off their first paid month of the subscription. On the annual plan the discount has the same value — 20% of one month's price — and comes off the first annual payment. The discount applies only to the account's first subscription and cannot be combined with other discount codes.
When a referral counts
A referral counts when your friend: created a new account through your link (accounts that already existed cannot be attributed to a referral), subscribed and paid their first payment, and did not get a refund or dispute that payment with their bank within 30 days of it. Each friend counts once, even if they later cancel and subscribe again.
Your reward
For every five referrals that count, you get one month of the subscription free — with no limit. On the monthly plan your next monthly payment is 0. On the annual plan one month's worth, a tenth of the annual price, comes off your next renewal. If you don't have an active subscription when you earn a reward, we keep it for you and apply it as soon as your subscription is active.
A reward has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to someone else.
Refunds after a reward
If a friend you referred gets a refund, they stop counting toward your next reward. A free month you have already received stays yours — you will simply need five counted referrals again for the next one.
Fair use
Referring yourself does not count. If you and the person you referred pay with the same card, we review that referral by hand before it counts — a family sharing one card can take part, for example. We may withhold or reverse rewards obtained dishonestly, for example through fake accounts.
Changes and end of the programme
We may change or end the programme. We will announce changes on this page in advance, and they will not affect rewards you have already earned.
Your data
For the programme we record whose link an account was created through, and the payment information about referred friends needed to count referrals. We process data under our Privacy Policy (olivka.app/privacy).
Complaints and governing law
We handle complaints about the programme at support@olivka.app and reply within 14 days. These terms are governed by Polish law, which does not limit any consumer-protection rights you have under the mandatory law of your country of habitual residence.
