Offer Terms — First Month Free Promotion
In effect from: 3 September 2026
These terms cover the “First month free” promotion, available at olivka.app/free-month and olivka.app/pl/darmowy-miesiac. By taking part, you accept these offer terms together with Olivka's general Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
Organiser
The organiser of the promotion is Deveji sp. z o.o., a company registered in Poland under KRS 0001054053, NIP 9522245188, the maker of Olivka. For questions about the promotion, email support@olivka.app.
Promotion name and where it applies
The promotion is called “First month free” and is available only at olivka.app/free-month and olivka.app/pl/darmowy-miesiac. Signing up any other way, for example directly in chat with Olivka, is not covered by this promotion.
Promotion period
The promotion runs from the date this page is published until 30 November 2026, 23:59 Central European Time (CET), or until 200 claims have been made, whichever comes first. The organiser may close the promotion earlier if the pool is exhausted. The promotion page always shows whether the offer is still open.
Who can take part
Any natural person who signs in with a Google account on the promotion page during the promotion period can take part. The promotion is for consumers, meaning private, non-business use. One person (one account) may claim the offer only once.
What you get
A participant gets 30 days of the paid Olivka plan free of charge. Those 30 days are counted from your first logged meal, not from the day you sign in — if you sign in today and log your first meal a week later, your 30 days start on the day of that meal. Meal logging is unlimited during that time.
Price after the free period
After the free 30 days end, Olivka costs €9 a month (English-language page) or 39 zł a month (Polish-language page) — the currency shown depends on the page you claimed the offer on. We do not collect any payment method during the free period. Nothing is charged without your explicit, later consent to move to a paid plan.
Cancellation
You can cancel the promotion and Olivka at any time, with no minimum term and no fee. If you later pay for your first month and change your mind, the site's 30-day money-back guarantee, set out in the Terms of Use, applies — email support@olivka.app.
Your data
We process data under our Privacy Policy (olivka.app/privacy). Deletion is free and available at any time, regardless of whether you take part in this promotion — email social@olivka.app.
Complaints
We handle complaints about the promotion at support@olivka.app. We reply within 14 days of receiving a complaint.
Governing law
These offer terms are governed by Polish law. This does not limit any consumer-protection rights you have under the mandatory law of your country of habitual residence.
Changes and availability
These offer terms take effect on 3 September 2026 and remain available on this page for the whole promotion period. We may update them; we will announce significant changes on the promotion page. Questions? support@olivka.app.
