Olivka Creators Programme Terms

Who runs the programme

The programme is run by Deveji sp. z o.o., registered in Poland under KRS 0001054053, NIP 9522245188 — the company behind Olivka. For anything about the programme, write to support@olivka.app.

Who can apply

Any adult or business that creates content online can apply: on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, a blog, a newsletter or a podcast. We read every application ourselves and decide case by case. We may decline without giving a reason.

Your link and code

Once approved, you get a personal link (olivka.app/r/…) and a code we agree on with you. A customer counts as yours when they create a new account after clicking your link, or type your code when they subscribe. A code typed at checkout takes priority over someone else's referral link.

Purchases on your own account do not count.

What your audience gets

On the monthly plan: 15% off their first 3 paid months. On the annual plan: 2 months free, meaning 2/12 of the annual price off their first payment. The discount applies to an account's first subscription only and does not combine with other discounts.

Your commission

You earn 15% of every subscription payment a referred customer makes for 12 months from their first payment. The base is what the customer actually pays: in złoty and euro, including VAT and after their discount (for example 39 zł × 15% = 5.85 zł); in US dollars, the price before US sales tax, after their discount ($10 × 15% = $1.50).

We may agree different rates with individual creators. We confirm any such agreement by email.

Payouts

A commission becomes payable 45 days after the customer's payment — the 30-day money-back guarantee plus a margin for payment disputes. We pay out payable commissions once a month. We agree the payout method (bank transfer or Wise) and the details needed for it when we approve you. You are responsible for your own taxes; we may ask for the details needed for an invoice or a tax form.

Refunds and disputes

If a customer is refunded or disputes a payment with their bank, the commission on that payment is cancelled. If it was already paid out, we deduct it from your next payout.

How to recommend Olivka

There is no minimum number of posts and no script to read. Label every piece of content that carries your link or code as advertising — for example #ad or the platform's paid partnership label — as consumer-protection rules require.

Describe Olivka truthfully: do not promise specific results such as losing a set number of kilos, and do not present Olivka as medical advice. Do not send unsolicited messages, do not impersonate Olivka, and do not buy search ads on Olivka's name.

Your own Olivka

While you are in the programme, you use Olivka's paid plan free of charge — so you can talk about it from your own experience.

Changes and ending

We may change commission rates, audience discounts and these terms. Changes apply to future sales only, and we announce them by email first. Commissions already earned do not change.

Either side may end the partnership at any time. We may pause or end your participation if these terms are breached; commissions from dishonest referrals are not paid. Commissions earned fairly are still paid after the partnership ends, under the rules above.
